The Team:

Andy – Livestock manager. Andy has worked and lived here for 29 years, his first love is sheep, but he now oversees all our 12 breeds of traditional and rare breed animals. He is responsible for their health and well being, their quality and their selection. He also works closely with the butchery and clients to meet their requirements. Andy can often be seen at local shows, proudly showing his premier animals.
 
Mark – Arable manager. Mark has been living and working here for 17 years, he is responsible for all our arable operations, including all our clover leys, estate maintenance and conservation work. Mark is also responsible for our mechanisation and especially likes big green tractors.
 
Dave – 53 years living and working here, we can’t stop him, he has done everything!
 
Frank – The pig man! Frank is responsible for our pigs; all their needs are looked after by him, with attention to our mixed forage feeding system and to providing plenty of muddy wallows.
 
Rory – Head butcher. A traditional old fashioned butcher, especially skilled at curing, smoking and sausage making.
 
Dan – Gamekeeper. He keeps us supplied with a wonderful range of game, we have 3 types of deer, roe, fallow and sika, as well as rabbit, pheasant and partridge.
 
Fiona – runs our shop and is your contact for all mail order and deliveries.
