All the meat sold in our shop is from traditional British breeds of organic animals reared and finished on our farm. Our game is wild. We have our own experienced butchers who do all our own curing, smoking and sausage making.
We recommend putting together your own a la carte order from the price list detailed on each product page. This will take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Alternatively you can order a meat box as they are designed to give a good range of cuts, to be good value, and to be delivered within 1 week.
Please note that all meat weights are approximate.
